Am I a good candidate for music therapy?

Most people can benefit from music therapy, specifically those looking to meet a physical, emotional, social, or mental need.  Within the initial consultation, the music therapist will determine if music therapy is appropriate for the client.

Do I need to be good at music to do music therapy?

Not at all!  Humans are naturally responsive to music, which allows music therapy to be effective, regardless of experience.
